Research On Regional Soft Power Evaluation And Its Impact On Economy

With the rapid economic and social development, the importance of soft power for a country or a region has been recognized. Soft power, Just as its name relative to hard power, hard power refers to country or region's economic capacity, military, technological, and other hard index. Soft power represents a country or region's culture, image and other connotation things. Soft power is not easy be quantified, less likely to be evaluated. Therefore, in order to play positive role of the soft power for area, the comprehensive analysis and evaluation soft power, research relations of the soft power and economic, has very important theoretical and realistic significance.The article based on the study of the theory about the soft power and regional soft power at home and abroad. Firstly, connotation of regional soft power into the regional culture, the quality of the regional population, the image of the region, the regional environment, regional public service, regional security. From the six major aspect, Construct a comprehensive evaluation index system, and analyzes the rationality of the indicators. Secondly, through the qualitative and quantitative method to establish regional soft power comprehensive evaluation model, taking Shandong province as an example, introducing the principal component analysis and factor analysis, calculating Shandong soft power level, then analyzing the results. The results show that soft power in Shandong Province increase about nearly50%. Thirdly, research the relationship between Regional soft power and GDP. Establish Regression Model, inspection parameters, then concludes soft power's influence on economic growth. Finally, from the above conclusions, combining Shandong regional soft power advantage and deficiency in nearly10years in, provide recommendations for the Shandong Province of future regional development and provide a reference for the development of soft power of the other parts of the region.
