Study Of The Internationalization Of Chinese Enterprises Asia Strategic Motivation

As can be seen from 《Report of Chinese Enterprises Foreign Investment in2010》,Asia and Latin America is the most concentrated areas of foreign direct investment to china. It is very necessary to analyze the Asian strategy of Chinese enterprise's international investment because it is important to china in political and economic. Based on the comparative study of the basis of the theory in enterprises' internationalization, this paper puts forward an analysis model of enterprise internationalization cause, and applies this model to the analysis of enterprise international investment strategy in Asia.The analysis model explains the enterprise internationalization motives by integrating market seeking, factor of production seeking, strategy seeking and policy factors. On the foundation of the analysis about Chinese enterprises to enter the Asian market, this article tests the motives' specific characteristics.Finally, by integrating theory with practice, this paper analyses the Asian strategy of our oil enterprise international investment in order to provide a reference for other enterprise.
