The Research Of Operational Risk Management For Rmb Cross-Border Trade Settlement In CCB Shandong Branch

In2009China began to carry out the RMB cross-border trade settlement in the pilot provinces, and gradually spread in the whole nation. Affected by many factors, there is a gap between actual situation and the initial expectations in this business to carry out the scale of settlement, structure distribution in CCB Shandong Branch; there is potential risk of operational and management in the actual operation and management. To win more market share in the field of business and for the effective management of operation risk, this article researches the operation risk management in the CCB Shangdong Branch.In this paper, by means of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the combination of analysis, analyzes the specific problems in the CCB Shandong Branch's operational risk management on the basis of the international operation risk management related theory, to find out the scientific and effective management methods. Analysis operational risk causes, the limitation of the bank in the management mechanism, executive force and financial tools and business division is main cause. Through the study of related theories, analyzing the practical problems, the CCB Shandong Branch's RMB trade settlement operational risk management and puts forward three suggestions:the original settlement account clearing bank mode, establish linkage multi currency fund pool as well as the development of new financial products. Finally from the execution and management two respects put forward to further improve the operational risk management of several matching measures.For RMB settlement of cross-border trade research, existing articles for analysis of its feasibility, strategy or strategic significance, and for the commercial bank operation risk management research, the results are relatively few. This study can hope to the RMB cross-border trade settlement operational risk management to provide a reference.
