The modern company ownership and the right of management separationbrought the company governance issues, equity high dispersion of control of thecompany by investors to internal manager. Because information asymmetry,responsibility, interest incompatible unequal imperfect and contract of the existenceof the problem, in the enterprise between the owner and the manager of theprincipal-agent relationship, agent through the opportunism behavior maximize theirself-interest, damage to shareholders and the interests of the company. So, design agood managers to realize the performance evaluation system of enterprise value andshareholder wealth maximization is of great significance. Especially in present stageof our country, on the one hand, along with the enhancement of market opening,increasing competition, the enterprise management personnel with decision makingincreasing responsibility, the managers' decision and behavior of the enterprisesurvival and the development make an increasing influence. On the other hand, thecurrent performance evaluation system was not fully reflect the existence valuegrowth, ignore equity capital cost, the effectiveness of the incentive is restrained, etc.So as far as possible, the performance index is not easily influenced by the objectivestructure and accounting manipulation, evaluation of the performance of themanagers fairly and objectively, make managers the interests and the interest of theowners in an enterprise consistent trend, achieve the purpose of maximizing theowner's equity, is the current in the deepening of the reform of enterprises, to speedup the economic development of facing is a very important and urgent task.This article based on the maximization of enterprise value, captures thescientific nature, the index effectiveness, comprehensive and operability fourcharacteristics, the selection of since the1990s pop of the performance evaluation offoreign index EVA, design a set of performance assessment managers evaluationsystem. In the inspection effectiveness, EVA is a cross between a accounting profit and economic profits of the value between, together with and the financial indicatorsin combination, more can make the enterprise owners from the global assessmentmanagers of performance. In evaluating the effectiveness, it is more related ofenterprise value than the traditional accounting index, higher effective informationcontent, and therefore it can be used in the company of the performance evaluationof managers.This paper is mainly as EVA related theory to foundation, based on managers ofthe performance evaluation of related principles, select the appropriate evaluationindex, establish EVA accounting adjustment model, can appraise enterprise managersin financial performance. At the same time, the author thinks that the pure view ofEVA is not comprehensive evaluation of enterprise managers, for EVA value isultimately represent and financial index of the numerical. Although financial isimportant for enterprise, not the longterm survival and development of all, thefinancial indexes were the appropriate index-customer satisfaction CSI, using AHPand dimensionless method combining with EVA, comprehensive evaluationenterprise managers performance, so that a more comprehensive, scientific andreasonable.To set up in the paper according to the manager of the performance evaluationsystem to Jilin province of gas group company of12subsidiary company managersperformance appraisal, relying on in the results of the data again to the enterprisemanagers performance further analysis, the managers of business performance has acomprehensive evaluation. Finally, according to the head office given goal,performance evaluation results with managers to illustrate the actual fulfillment.
