Nowadays, the automobile has become an important means of transportation in people's daily life. Easy for people to travel, it also brings a series of problems and contradictions. Our country is still in its early stage of recycling scrapped automobiles, the annual growth rate of recovery and disposal of scrap automobiles will gradually become a serious economic problems and even social issues which could affect the sustainable development. Based on this background, this article has thoroughly created problems for research and exploration.Remanufacturing is a new type and environment-friendly concept of production and manufacturing methods. It is a realistic and challenging problem to optimize and design remanufacturing logistics network. Many scholars in home and abroad have done related research, and the core issue of their study is the location of the facilities and allocation of logistics volume. The main idea of construct the mathematical models is to use the theory of stochastic programming which change the uncertainty model to the deterministic MILP model or MINLP model, and then solve the model with the help the LINGO software or genetic algorithm and its improved algorithm in MATLAB. The results, which based on a mathematical expectation of the probability statistics, may be not the optimal results and far away from the practical applications. At a view of static point could ignore the dynamic continuity of the random parameter changes in the system. This article fully absorb the research findings of scholars both at home and abroad on multi-cycle modeling method, adopt the idea of dynamic programming to establish the remanufacturing logistics network optimization model. The principle of dynamic programming is to divide target problem into several dynamic contact subproblems. According to this principle, network optimization problem could be regarded as a multi-stage decision-making problem, and solution of optimal strategy is a continuous process of the recursive process. At the end of this article, a case is quoted to compare the multi-cycle model results with single-cycle model, also, to verify the multi-cycle model's practicality and superiority.
