Since 80 th of last century, the economy of our country has been developed rapidly and economic construction has made a great achievement. At the same time, the economic development also brings the shortage of resources and the more serious pollution of the environment. Cyclic economy emerged in this case. Remanufacturing can reduce resource consumption, reduce harm to the environment during the manufacturing process, and is an important part of the cyclic economy.The paper takes the manufacturing/remanufacturing integrated logistics network as the research subject, studies the function of the network and the desired type, builds a manufacturing/remanufacturing integrated logistics network based on a single manufacturer management, a single-cycle and single species, which treat the total cost minimum as the optimization objective, and analyze the characteristics of the network from integration, complexity and uncertainty.In the manufacturing/remanufacturing integrated logistics network, in order to determine the quantity, position and type of each node facility, and the logistics capacity between the nodes to achieve a minimum total cost of the entire logistics system. And considering the uncertainty of network at the same time, the paper builds a manufacturing/remanufacturing integrated logistics network optimization model under an uncertain environment. The optimization model regards the recycling of waste products and the capacity of the logistics facilities as a triangular fuzzy parameter and tolerance fuzzy parameters respectively,treats the demand for the product as a random parameter additionally. The model is of single cycle, single species and there are many optional logistics facilities can be selected in the same logistics facilities site. In optimization model, the optimization goal is to minimize the total cost which consists of fixed cost and variable cost; the constraints are facilities handling capacity, the number of logistics facilities and the value of decision variables.For solving the model, the paper studies the solving steps of the manufacturing /remanufacturing integrated logistics network optimization model, and translates the fuzzy parameters and random parameter into certain parameters, then calculates the translated model by use of Lingo.Then the optimization model is applied to the FAW-Volkswagen automotive engine. Firstly introduce the necessity of automotive engine remanufacturing, analysis recycling disposal mode of scrap car, and propose the present recycling processing mode of our country. Secondly take FAW-Volkswagen automotive as an example, study the difference between the engine recycling disposal which under the replacement sales and traditional recycling mode of scrap car, then build a FAW-Volkswagen automotive engine manufacturing/remanufacturing integrated logistics network. By analyzing the model, get the result that the optimization model built in the research applies to FAW-Volkswagen automotive engine manufacturing/remanufacturing integrated logistics network. Thirdly the parameters of the optimization model are identified, and the model is solved by Lingo. Finally analyze the result to prove the validity of the model.
