under the modern enterprise system,there is separation between corporation's ownership and management right, and discordance between clients' and agents' benefit. It is core topic how to achieve the accordance between clients' and agents' objective function according supervising, restricting, and stimulating agents by the arrangement and designing of system. And the most important problem is how to stimulate agents. 2007 witnessed a monetary crisis. Since the breakout of it, the governments at home and abroad have strengthened their management over the senior managers' monetary salaries. Monetary salaries, position-related consumption and incentive strategies are closely connected with each other. Therefore, it is far-reaching to study the stimulus package in the senior managers' position-related consumption.The paper includes five parts. Part One expatiates the background, purpose and meaning of this study. It also introduces the current researches of the position-related consumption at home and aboard. The end of this part points out the research method this paper adopts. Part Two is the theoretical basis of this paper. It defines the basic conception of this paper and goes over the principal-agent theory closely related to senior manager's incentive, human capital theory, hierarchy of needs theory and equity theory. In addition, this part analyzes the application in senior manager's incentive of the above mentioned theories. Part Third centers on the statistic description of the position-related consumption of senior managers from Sichuan listed companies. It introduces the paper's theory frame, data source and sample selection. Apart from that, this part deeply analyses the status quo of senior managers'position-related consumption from Sichuan listed companies, point outs some problems. And probes into what are behind these problems. Part Fourth is focused on the empirical analysis of relationship between senior managers'position-related consumption from Sichuan listed companies. The companies'performance and theirs financial data in 2009 from 31 Sichuan listed companies are selected to analyze the relationships among position-related consumption, monetary salaries, salary structure, supervision, company scale, manager shares, ownership and the performance of these listed companies. Thus, based on the empirical analysis of consummate position-related consumption stimulus, Part Fifth provides countermeasure and advice for Sichuan listed companies'senior managers to help them tackle the problems facing their position-related consumption.
