Study On Agriculture Tourismin Qingxu County Promoting The County-Level Economy Development

As a kind of rising industry, Agriculture Tourism is based on the natural environment of rural areas, farmers' livelihood and agriculture production, to attract urban inhabitants and thereby meet their demands on sightseeing and vacation. The Agriculture Tourism can facilitate the rapid development of county-level economy and step up the construction of new countryside.Firstly, promote the development of industrialized agriculture,drive the primary industry, move the secondary industry and the tertiary-industry. Secondly,increase farmers' income, decrease the gap between urban and rural areas.Thirdly,strengthen the construction of infrastructure,improve the rural life. Fourthly,free the farmers from old ideas, improve their quality.The fifth,promote the realization of rural areas' democratic management and the social harmony.Qingxu County has been called "Vinegar City and Grape Town".It has superior conditions for developing Agriculture Tourism,such as rich agricultural resources and convenient geographic conditions. In recent years, Qingxu County Party committee and government has made full use of the favorable conditions and adopted a series of actions on integrating resources to support the development of Agriculture Tourism. Notwithstanding Qingxu County has been advanced on developing the Agriculture Tourism, but as a result of insufficient understanding on the nature of Agriculture Tourism, investment fund shortage, inappropriate publicity and management, so Qingxu County still has some problems on developing and using the Agriculture Tourism:imperfect infrastructure; inconspicuous farmhouse features; unobvious economic benefit; poor service; serious environmental destruction which affected the development of Agriculture Tourism in Qingxu County to some extent.In view of the existing problems in development and bright prospects of Agriculture Tourism, Qingxu County should place the Agriculture Tourism development on an important place, use the unsurpassed natural resources, expand and strengthen Agriculture Tourism and make the highlights of county-level economy. To put it concretely, Qingxu County should transform the notions, enhance the awareness; be sponsored by government and coordinate development; widen the channel of financing, increase the investment; take actions that suit local circumstances and make scientific planning; strengthen publicity and exploit market; strengthen management and train professionals.All in all,this paper chooses Agriculture Tourism in Qingxu County as the research project,analyses the relationship between Agriculture Tourism development and County-level Economy development,discusses the existing problems in development and the causes of the problems,finally puts forward the countermeasures for Qingxu County developing Agriculture Tourism to promote County-level Economy's development.
