The Research On The Development Of Circulation Industry In Shanxi Province

As a most important part of national economy, the development degree of circulation economyhas been a mark of comprehensive competitiveness and modernization level for a country and area.For Shanxi province, the secondary industry plays an important role, the first and third industry arerelatively lack, so the imbalance of industrial structure is the big problem. Circulation industry is apart of third industry, its contribution to national economy become more and more prominent andhas become a basic, leading and key industry for the development of national economy. To hastenthe development of circulation industry is of great significance for Shanxi's economic transition.In recent years, the government has introduced a series of policy to promote the development ofcirculation industry. With the "thousands and millions rural market project" and "home-electricityto countryside" etc. the circulation industry obtains great progress such as: the total detail-saleconsumer increases significantly; the added value of circulation industry is powerful; theconsumptive policy has been implemented; the circulation modernization level in city market getshigher gradually; the frame of rural circulation system is formed basically; foreign capital structureis optimized; informatization level is improving; exhibition industry level and quality rise a lot.Circulation industry has become an important force for Shanxi's economic growth.But the development of circulation industry is a gradual progress, from the longitudinal andtransverse aspects of Shanxi's circulation industry, we analyses its contribution to Shanxi and itslocation among China and Central-China, then in view of the present situation, we find out therestricting factors such as the relative lag of system establishment, the unreasonable layout of ruralmarket construction, the small scale and gross quantity of exhibition industry, little FDI, more taxesand high fees, the insufficient business talents etc. To a certain degree, these problems constraintsthe development of circulation industry, which should be further studied and solved.In view of the existing problems, we offer some suggestions, such as: vigorously promotingconstruction of circulation system; improving the rural commodity circulation system; acceleratingthe development of exhibition industry; optimizing the structure of foreign investment; improvingtax policy; establishing the mechanism of talent training. This research has reference significance topromote sustainable, normal and orderly development and to initiate new situation for Shanxi'scirculation industry.
