Studies On The Situation And Suggestion Of Agricultural Extension System In Heze

.Agricultural extension is a bridge and ligament between fruit on science and research and practical productive force. It accelerated agriculture and rural economics. China is a big agriculture country. Heze is an agriculture district in Shandong province. Agriculture plays an important role in both national economy and social development. In order to rapidly develop the agricultural productive force and quickly increase the income of farmers, agricultural extension must be strengthened.The paper studied present agricultural extension in Heze. The current agriculture extension of Heze was divided into five categories. (1).Agriculture extension system using government as leading director; (2).Agriculture extension system using agriculture research and education department as main technology supporter; (3).Agriculture extension system using civilian organizations as central department; (4). Agricultural extension system using supply and marketing as principal part; (5).Agricultural extension system using corporation and enterprise as main body .furthermore it pointed out the main problems exiting in current agricultural system. (1). Governmental agricultural extension system was not adapted for market economy; (2). The need of technology supply couldn't match its demand; (3). The quality of staff members in agriculture extension system was inferior; (4). Agriculture extension organizations that didn't belong to government were not perfect; (5).Agriculture extension investment was not enough .then analyzed the agricultural extension system of America and Japan. In this study, it concluded five pieces of experience: (1). Make close contact between scientific research, extension and education; (2). Form the agriculture extension idea of using the person as the main body; (3). Agriculture extension system should train to gain the staff with high quality; (4). Develop collectivizing extending objects; (5).
