Based On The Value Of High-tech Enterprises Of The Value Chain Assessment Study

Over the past few years, the high-tech industry is booming as fast as possible under the science and technology's support. So, the problem that how to assess the value of high-tech enterprises and grasp the development opportunities should be paid much attention in the increasingly competitive market situation. As we all know, the theoretical research and case studies of corporate valuation is constantly being explored. Meanwhile, value chain management has become an effective way of mining competitive advantage, since value chain refers to the chain of production and operation of strategic activities. However, as the speed of technological changing is as fast as possible, high-tech enterprises work in a more complex environment and the value chain processes in high-tech companies change unpredictable.The paper shows the model of high-tech enterprise valuation which is based on the combination of value chain thinking and business valuation method. Also, some practical cases have been shown to prove the model and some recommendations for improvement have been considered.
