Artificial Risk Assessment is not only time-consuming andlabor-intensive, but also has not enough accurate, high precision results.Therefore, computer-aided risk evaluation method has been extensivediscussed and researched. It has become an important direction in thedevelopment of risk assessment. SDG-HAZOP is one of the importantdevelopment directions of the field of risk assessment in chemicalprocess.Based on the previous experience, this article studies the problem ofthe establishment of SDG model diagram used to analysis thePetrochemical industry. According to the flow chart and the actualexperience, Concrete steps of the SDG model and summarize theprinciples of the modeling process are proposed. The speed and accuracyof the modeling are improved. On this basis, JAVA is used to write a riskassessment program, and MySQL is used to store and handle datainformation. The computer-aided analysis based on SDG-HAZOP methodis realized. For future analysis, the method and reference are provided. Atthe same time, the software of the SDG-HAZOP of risk-assisted analysis is used to assess risk. The risk analysis software is used to assess risk ofthe crude oil stabilization unit. The abnormal causes and adverseconsequences are analyzed.In this study of HAZOP analysis based on the signed directed graph,risk evaluation for chemical plant has the promotion of significance.
