Research Of The Ethical Construction In Quality Inspection System Practitioners

Along with the rapid development of China's economy, the quality of goods became more and more important to customers. People who work in the quality inspection system should shoulder the important responsibility of the regulatory quality. However, there are many quality events occurred in these days. The ethical problem employed in the quality inspection system has been questioned by the community.The ethical problem employed in the quality inspection system is the official self-serving; disrupting the test sequence when test the product and so on.Many reasons lead to the ethical problem employed in the quality inspection system, this article made an analysis and discussion of the root causes of these problems in-depth. To solve these problems requires not only self-improving the quality of the practitioners of the quality inspection system, also the care given to help society and the country. Specified in the first part of this paper are the meaning, background and research methods. The second part describes the work of the quality inspection system employing them ethical issues. The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the formation of these ethical issues. The fourth part shows the construction of the ethical problem employed in the quality inspection system. The fifth part is to write the meaning of improving the quality inspection system of employees.
