Xinyi Quality Inspection, Quality System Operation And Testing Of Quality Analysis

This paper studies mainly the operation situation of the internal quality systems and analysis of the internal detection and testing quality about Xinyi City institute for Products quality supervision & Inspection (institute), throught detailed analysis of the Laboratory Quality System established, of inspection methods and quality control procedures, particularly for the evaluation of quality about quality system of laboratories, as well as quality control, equipment, personnel, the methods, find out the existing problems about quality management, test methods, data processing etc.. moreover, this paper proposes the ideas on work, viewpoints, improving methods about institute and the feasible proposals which need to be perfect, It play a positive role on guiding the reality of the institute.This paper generally divided into two parts, one part is the internal quality system research about Xinyi city institute for products quality supervision & inspection , the other part is the study about testing laboratories in detection method, data processing, process control analysis . These two parts are not similar problems seemly, in fact, the two are inseparable. Quality System is to ensure the standardization of the testing agencies external framework, and detection quality is the embodiment of technical capacity within the framework , the improvement of detection and testing quality can not be separated from good quality warranty system. The purpose of the two studies is to promote laboratories to improve internal management level, technical capabilities, quality of service, service level, and enhance the capacity of market competitiveness and social well-known, to won government departments and the community's trust. to provide strong technical assurance for government's "quality control instrument".This paper adopts the criteria for Laboratory Accreditation CNAL/AC01-2005 to study quality systems of institute, which is exactly followed by the quality system document .within the framework, the document of quality systems along this criterion are just established .Analysis of test quality use mathematical model, error theory, mathematical statistics and uncertainty analysis and other mathematical tools for the screening and analysis of test data ,in order to fing out the real reason about test methods, personnel, equipment, environmental impact on the data. This paper proposes the use of quality management control charts, cause-and-effect charts to carry out effective monitoring of detection process, thereby, the probability misjudged of detection results is reduced. at the end of the paper, conducts Prospect analysis of the institute's quality systems and quality control procedures by contrast with the same domestic professional agencies which have become national laboratories.
