Innovation is the foundation for enterprise survival and development. Withthe development of science and technology, the shorten of technology life cycles,the accelerating of innovation pace, the continuous improvement of innovationand complexity and the rapid increase of R&D costs, it has been becomingharder for many enterprises to carry out the innovative projects singly. Therefore,the cooperative innovation through network model would be the newdevelopment trend. It helps reveal the inherent laws thereof and deepen theunderstanding of the innovative theory and practices by researching the courseof formation and evolution of the innovative network.Enterprise innovation network is considered as the research object in thepaper. We construct an evolutionary model for enterprise innovation networkand systematically analyze the main structural features of the enterpriseinnovation network in this paper, using complex network, evolutionary gametheory, simulation, statistical theory and methods, combining with theknowledge of management, economics, computer science and otherinterdisciplinary, as the same time, in accordance with the logical thinking fromthe momentum factor of innovation network formation and evolution to theprocess of formation and evolution of innovation network.In the paper, we analyze the dynamic factors of formation and evolution ofenterprise innovation network with two aspects of internal power and externalpower. On this basis, we use the evolutionary game theory to analyze themotivation and decision of external enterprise to join enterprise innovationnetwork, design an evolution game model about that new businesses join theinnovation network, and obtain the possibility that enterprise innovation networkcan reach a stable state in the evolution process; Then, we build a model ofenterprise innovation network evolution with the method of complex network,use computer simulation software MATLAB to achieve dynamic changes in thenetwork, measure and analyze the topology structure of the network when itreaches a stable state, and describe comprehensively the demographic characteristic of the distribution of degree, the coefficient of accumulation andthe average length of path. The result shows that the distribution of degree suitsto the distribution of power, the coefficient of accumulation is larger and theaverage length of path with the continuous evolution of innovation network. Onthe basis of the theoretical deduction, we make an empirical analysis aboutTaiyuan stainless steel enterprise innovation network evolution. By comparingnetwork structures of two periods, we find that the size of the Taiyuan stainlesssteel enterprise innovation network is constantly expanding, also is thecoefficient, while the average length of path is constantly shrinking, illustratingthat the structure of the network is continuously optimization. By this study, wecan enrich and improve the theory of the formation and evolution of enterpriseinnovation network, simultaneously give an actively guiding significance for thedevelopment of Taiyuan stainless steel enterprise innovation network.
