The Study Of Economic Evaluation Module Of Flooding Disaster Based On Capital Restriction

Flooding disaster occurs annually, accounting for about40%of the global natural calamities, and mading negative role to the development of economy and society, causing tremendous losses in the lives and properties of the country and the people. With the economic development and social progress, economic losses of flooding disaster increased gradually. Our country is vast in territory,large in population and complex topography,and there are many and complex precipitating factors of flooding disaster, so the study is with the great degree of difficulty, and the amount of Disaster Losses are horrifying. This thesis evaluates the losses of flooding disaster from the viewpoint of captical.This thesis analyzes the Influencing factors of flooding disaster of our country, research finds flooding disaster Losses main people loss、direct economic loss and indirect economic loss.Because there are many Influencing factors of tne indirect economic loss, Computational Method is a bit complicated,this thesis mainly evaluates people loss and direct economic loss. This thesis respectively constructs evaluation index system and evaluation module of flooding disaster by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)from3sides, including people loss, flood situation lost, material loss,then this thesis makes a deep investigation and study into the problem of flooding disaster on all experimental indexes.At last,this thesis analyzes the situation of the flooding disaster of ChongQing for an example.This thesis constructs evaluation module of flooding disaster by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on the analysis of flooding disaster loss assessment method of our country, This is a new method for flooding disaster Loss Assessment. I just hope the assessment method of this thesis will be useful for flooding disaster loss assessment.
