In this part, we consider the following problem: here c is a positive constant g(x)∈L∞(RN),1<p<(N+2)/(N-2). Used perturbation methord, we prove that under some condition on g(x), then exists a∈0, if0<∈<∈0, there are many solutions for above problem.
