Propagation of spatial solitons in nonlinear media can realize the light control and guide for the information communication. Many materials can support the beam propagation thus form the spatial solitons.In this theses propagations of dipole solitons in uniform and inhomogeneous nonlocal lead glass media are investigated.The thesis includes:First of all, the optical spatial soliton is introduced, especially the research of solitons in lead glass.Secondly, the coupled equations describing the solitons propagation in lead glass are analyzed, and the exact together with the numerical method is presented.Thirdly, propagation of dipole solitons in lead glass with homogeneous nonlinearity is investigated, which include the quasi-exact dipole soliton solutions, dipole soliton beams and dipole hyperbolic beams.And then, propagation of dipole solitons in lead glass with inhomogeneous nonlinearity is investigated, where the nonlinearity modulated by the cos-function, sin-function,etc.Finally, summarize and outlook of this thesis is presented, which provides an theory analysis and experiment observation for optical communication.
