Teachers' classroom teaching ability is one of the important factors that affect students' academic performance and future development.As the reserve force of biology teachers,their classroom teaching ability will directly affect the overall level and development trend of biology teachers in the future.It is of great significance to effectively evaluate the classroom teaching ability of biology normal students.Therefore,it is of great significance to build a scientific,reasonable and effective evaluation index of classroom teaching ability of biology normal students.This study starts from the theoretical basis,on the basis of combing and summarizing the professional standards of teachers and relevant policy documents of education in various countries,improves the relevant basis,and determines the more scientific first level indicators of classroom teaching ability.On this basis,by referring to a large number of literature and books,combing a number of sub abilities corresponding to each first level indicator,it determines the second level indicators under each first level indicator,and makes a preliminary analysis The evaluation index of classroom teaching ability of biology normal students is drawn up.Then,through continuous expert interviews and questionnaire survey,the reliability and validity of the evaluation index are analyzed.Combined with the interview opinions and questionnaire survey results,the evaluation index is modified accordingly.Finally,three primary indexes are established: teaching understanding and design ability,teaching organization and implementation ability,teaching evaluation and feedback ability.Under each primary index,three primary indexes are established according to the actual situation-Four secondary indicators,through continuous improvement and adjustment,this evaluation index has basically been able to meet the basic requirements of evaluating the classroom teaching ability of biology normal students.Based on the collation and analysis of professional standards and related teacher evaluation systems in various countries,this study effectively integrates theoretical thinking and practical research,and constructs a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index of classroom teaching ability of biology normal students.Compared with the traditional paper and pencil test,using this evaluation index can more comprehensively,objectively and immediately evaluate the classroom teaching ability of biology normal students,and provide timely feedback so that normal students can effectively improve their teaching,which has a more positive significance for improving the training effect of biology normal students.
