The development of the laser spectroscopy and the advent of powerful coputers havebeen largely trigged the investigation of the energy levels, radiated transition, andhyperfine structure of the atoms. Meanwhile, the demands for precise atomic data aregreatly growing due to its potential applications such as diagnosis of plasma situation andanalysis of celestial spectra. In this thesis, we investigated the fine structure、lifetimes andradiated transition of Fe ⅩⅢ, as well as the hyperfine structure of Ga and the nuclearmoments of its isotopes by using the GRASP2K package based on multiconfigurationHartree-(Dirac-)Fock method. Many attentions have been paid on the electron correlationeffects in atom and ion. The main works are divided into two parts:(1) The fine structure, lifetimes and transition rates of the levels belong to3s23p2、3s3p3and3s23p3d configurations for the Si-like iron ion were investigated. The electroncorrelations, the Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamics effects were taken intoaccount in the calculation. The influences of correlations on physical magnitudes wereanalyzed in detail. It was found the the core-valence correlation was significant forconcerned atomic parameters. Therefore, the core-valence correlation should be takeninto account if higher accutate data were needed.(2) Theoretical calculation were performed on the hyperfine structure constants of4s24p2P1/2,3/2and4s25s2S1/2states for71Ga. Electron correlations were taken into accountsystematically with the active space method. The influences of correlations on thehyperfine structure constants were analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, the contributions fromthe Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamics (QED) effects to concerned atomicparameters were also shown. Based on accurate caculation of the hyperfien structure, themagnetic dipole moments and electric quadrupole moments for the isotopes wereobtained, good agreement was found between our results and experimental values.
