Coal resources are important energy security of our country, it has played an importantrole in national economy. However, a long time, mine operators one-sided pursuit ofeconomic efficiency, weak awareness of environmental protection, mine disorderover-exploitation, coupled with the exploitation of technology and equipment is relativelybackward, causing enormous damage to the mine geological environment, he increasinglyserious environmental geological problems of coal mine area to resolve the contradictionbetween the development of coal resources and geological environment protection isimminent.So geological environmental quality forecast evaluation of goaf which formed incoal mining has important theoretical value and practical significance. It provided scientificmining geological environmental protection and control in daily life and production.The article take Guo Jiahe mine as the research object, it using the method of probabilityintegral and the GIS technology to study the mining subsidengce on the basis of field surveysand data collection.Except that,it also predict the mining subsidence and influence after themine exploited.On this basis,the article predicting of mining in the area the largest settlementand deformation of ground surface.It using the technology of GIS to predicting the isogram ofmining subsidence and three-dimensional subsidence basin on the basis of prediction ofsubsidence data.Finally, it using GIS overlay function to predicted subsidence effects, andtargeted to mining area of the main environmental factors.Mine geological problems involved a lot of calculation on the prediction of the study mine,forecast mining will lead to a series of environmental and geological problems, the most importantaquifer damage, terrain landscape destruction, land resources, pressure to account forconstruction material damage and trigger secondary geological disasters. Mining issues that mayarise for the future impact prediction and evaluation, to provide a scientific basis for the recoveryand management of mining and manufacturing enterprises in the future.According to Guo Jiahe after mining subsidence effect on geological environmentsituation, we choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on mine division evaluationresearch.In order to estalish the evaluation model of mining area,the Guo Jiahe mine area isdivided into90evaluation unit.We select9evaluation factors as the level of evaluation factors.On the basis of predict research,the Guo Jiahe coal mining goaf subsidence effect on geological environment is divided into three regions, respectively, the impact of serious area,effect is more serious and affect the general area.In the evaluation of partition based on, forfuture mining existing environmental geological problems, put forward the correspondingmeasures.
