Research On The Surveying And Mapping Projects Risk Management For Implementation Phase

The implementation of the mapping project based on normal technology, the future,management and economic，is the coexistence of a high-yield and high-risk activities.Therefore, to do the mapping project risk management, not only can effectively avoid a lot ofunnecessary loss, but also can reduce the cost of the implementation of the project, increasingthe project’s profit.But now, our mapping project risk management applied research work is still in itsinfancy. Theoretical exploration in the field of risk management and applied research is stillnot mature enough, there are still a lot of research gaps needed to fill. Along with techniquesand the level of risk management constantly develop and improve, mapping project riskmanagement is becoming increasingly important. Mapping Project implementation phase ofrisk management as the focus of which is should receive more attention. Based on this, thispaper takes the Mapping Project implementation stage of risk management as object.Comprehensive literature summary and expert interviews method, qualitative and quantitative,summed up the basic steps for the risk management of the mapping project and the existingproblems. Next, At the view of risk identification, risk assessment, risk prevention, depthstudy of the risk management process mapping project. Article systematically identifiedanalysis and evaluated the main risk factors involved in the mapping project implementationphase, and then proposed the corresponding countermeasuresFinally, the paper take ZengCheng City-based mapping project as example to validate therationality and practicability of the study. According to the risk identification, using theanalytic hierarchy process and fuzzy integrated evaluation method to evaluate the risk ofproject. The assessment results not only gives risk response direction to the project riskmanagement, improve their decision-making level and ability, but also for the future ofmapping project risk management provides some guidance.
