Research On Risk Management Of Juneyao Airline SAP System Development Project

As an important part of project management,project risk management can reduce the project risk loss to the lowest level with the most economical resource consumption,and ensure the achievement of the project predetermined target reliably and efficiently.The research and application of project risk management plays an important role in the success of project implementation,and it has important practical guiding significance for project organization.In this paper,the Juneyao Airline SAP development project as the research object,the use of risk management theory to study it.First of all,this paper briefly summarizes the concept and connotation of project risk management,and discusses the four stages of risk identification,risk analysis,risk response and risk control in the process of project risk management in succession,and expounds the specific tools and methods of project risk management in this paper.Then,the project objectives,project organization and project characteristics of the Juneyao Airline SAP development project are analyzed,and the risk management planning of the project is carried out.Then,using checklist method,brainstorming method expert judgment method to identify the project risk.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct the structural model of project level analysis,and then the project risk is analyzed,and then the project risk assessment results are obtained.According to the results of risk assessment,risk response strategies are developed from different angles,and the project risk is effectively controlled.Finally,the theoretical research of project risk management is applied to the Juneyao Airline SAP development project,and the feasibility of risk management and control method is proved in practice,so as to obtain the optimal solution to ensure the project successfully achieve the intended goal.In this paper,study of risk management is taken on the Juneyao Airline SAP development project by using the scientific method for effective risk identification and accurate risk assessment,effective measures and guarantee,and eventually making the project smoothly and complete the intended target,The research case in this paper has certain reference significance for the risk management of the SAP system development project of the same type of enterprise.
