Standard farmland management is an important part of land resources management. Zhejiang, a province lacking of resources, strictly controls the occupations and compensation of standard farmland, which is to ensure the replacement between standard farmland and reserve repertory within the scope of construction land is under the premise of equal amount and similar quality. In order to guarantee the balance of standard farmland occupations-compensation, it is necessary to realize data sharing between different departments based on comprehensive analysis of current land use status, planning, ownship ect.In recent years, research and application on the technology of spatial information service have become more mature and this paper focuses on the study of spatial information services composition technology. In order to meet the various requirements such as cutting, analysis, inspection among the process of standard farmland occupations-compensation, the author designs spatial information services for each stage of the process and creates an information services composition model according to the work flow of occupations-compensation process, which is to ensure the spatially topological consistency and logical rationality in all projects.Firstly, this paper discusses the relevant technology of spatial information service and analyses the various characteristics of WebGIS. Then, it introduces the various interoperability protocols of OGC and the key technology of spatial information services composition.Based on the research above, the author puts forward a standard farmland occupations and compensation flow oriented spatial information service composition model. Through the technologies of semantic service registration, discovery, search and so on, the model creates service groups and generates a temporary service pool. Then, it sorts the service groups by business flow and achieves spatial information services composition dynamically.Finally, through analyzing the basic demand of standard farmland occupations and compensation management system, along with the standard farmland occupations and compensation flow oriented spatial information service aggregation model and technology of spatial information service, the author designs the service model and user interface and at last creates a standard farmland occupations-compensation management system based on WebGIS.
