Qing’an County is located in central of Heilongjiang province on the Songnenplains and joint zone of Xiaoxinganling mountain flows, belong to the Hulan River’smiddle and upper reaches. It’s a agricultural country of Heilongjiang Province. Countyproduction and living water has been relying on the exploitation of shallow groundwater.In recent years, under the influence of the greenhouse effect, climate was a trend ofdrought, surface water resources is a sharp decrease in the groundwater environment hasbeen severely damaged, Produced a series of questions, such as water tables are falling,groundwater quality deterioration and so on, with economic development andpopulation growth, the county water demand is increasing year by year. the originalsource of water supply can not meet the needs of mining, water quality has decreased invarying degrees, therefore, Prevention of groundwater pollution, protect groundwaterresources, groundwater resources in the use of effective measures and means ofsustainable development is necessary. Carried out in the study area groundwaterresources study has great practical significance, for the rational development andutilization of groundwater resources and protection provide a scientific basis.On the basis of the water supply hydrology geological prospecting, according toborehole data, the stratigraphic takes into five layers, clay from the old to the newlithology are Mudstone, sandstone, mudstone, crude and fine sand. Use thethree-dimensional groundwater flow numerical simulation the system GMS6.0softwaremodel been developed by Brigham Young University research laboratories ofenvironmental models and U.S. troops drainage engineering test station, and simulated,in calculating the area using rectangular lattices points and linear interpolation,application of Galerkin finite difference method of the above mathematical model ofdiscrete finite element equations, then solving.In the simulation, flow field of the groundwater initial flow use the water level ofthe observations of the long view of the area groundwater wells. Recognition time, theregion of the sources and sinks including: precipitation infiltration recharge and the lateral flow recharge. Discharge have evaporation, artificial exploited and the lateralflow quantity. Specifies that the established hydrogeologicalconceptual model and mathematical model is correct reasonable, can correctly reflectthe recognition time the hydrological, geological conditions of groundwater canforecast.For pumping test, data analysis, parameter calculation, master of groundwaterrecharging, runoff and discharge conditions for equilibrium analysis of groundwater; atthe same time, through the water quality test work, evaluate the water source ofgroundwater exploration process respectively in drinking water, life boiler water.The combination of the work, to select the target area of the groundwaterexploitation, and according to the hydrogeological conditions of groundwater, thecomprehensive recharge and reasonable technical and economic index, determine theextraction of the proposed water mining area. According to the different thickness ofaquifer distribution difference, take the Quaternary aquifer maximum allowablewithdrawal drawdown value of2m and Cretaceous aquifer deep mining drop themaximum allowed value of10m. Need to design health protection with water to protectgroundwater from pollution and the negative impact of mining on the local ecology andthe natural environment is small, in addition, the rational utilization of groundwater resources is the key to the development of long-term protection of water sources,therefore, it’s need to undertake necessary, reasonable exploitation and utilizationplanning, and strictly according to the plan of implementation.
