With the development of modern information technology and the widespread useof computer networks, computer and communication technology has matured. Serialcommunication, as traditional computer communication line is simple, flexible, highreliability and a long time series of advantages gained wide application. Computerserial communication data acquisition, data communication, fault detection, computerremote monitoring a wide range of practical value, in particular, to achieve the serialcommunication under Windows can take full advantage of Windows softwareresource advantages, multi-task under the conditions of the external data transmission,information gathering and processing.The software part of the system is implemented using the Delphi language.Delphi was known as the fourth-generation programming language, it has a powerfulvisual programming environment, the characteristics of the high-speed compiler,powerful database support, mature and rich component technology. It is simple andefficient, while both VC powerful and easy to learn VB programmers belovedprogramming tools. The establishment of the software mainly divided into thefollowing modules: real-time machine serial communication module, the stationdisplay maps and line fault conditions, the system clock read and display on duty tableinformation to read and display the contents of the scrolling marquee the display.This article discusses the data acquisition, processing LED large screen displayand control of large-screen data display system to achieve the same screen. SinceLED large screen using the same screen display technology, so long as the content ismanaged in the corresponding position of the display to be displayed appear to reachthe corresponding destination.Liaoning seismic monitoring network construction has been basically built in thefifth period, but the line detection and alarm voice prompts off remember the stationand off Hutchison point in time, can not be clearly demonstrated. Line detection and alarm systems need to be extended to further strengthen the function, to quickly andaccurately detect broken in mind the station and off Hutchison time and LED largescreen display in a timely manner to ensure the continuous operation of the seismicmonitoring system.The system mainly use the Delphi programming language via the serial protocolreal-time processor by transmitting a signal on line of LED large screen read tocontrol computer programming information is displayed in graphical form andproduce a sound alarm, reads the system clock and kept on duty table and rollingsubtitle file and displayed in a different location on the big screen. LED displayhardware part, the principle is the control through a capture card machinecharacteristics of dedicated graphics port signal is extracted and sent to the receivingcard on the LED display, the receiver card will receive the signal assigned to eachdisplay unit board content displayed.
