The renewal ability of the deep groundwater is limited. With the excessive mining of thedeep groundwater, it caused a series of geological environment problems, so the rational use ofdeep groundwater resource has great significance to support the development of social andeconomy. The purpose of this paper is to prevent the ground subsidence condition and explorethe rational use of deep groundwater resource in the best way. On the basis of fully analyzedhydrogeological conditions of the study area, the reasonable division of the aquifer system, thewater balance and groundwater numerical simulation, research thought is to determine ofgroundwater circulation characteristics, resources construction and attributes constrained waterlevel of deep groundwater exploitation by analysing the hydrodynamic characteristics andwater chemical characteristics. Finally, this paper will make a scientific and rational miningscheme and forecast water level to achieve the goal of deep groundwater resources sustainableusing。The research region can be divided into three layers by using VISUAL MODFLOW. Itincludes phreatic water the confined shallow aquifer group, the first confined aquifer of themiddle semi-pervious layer and deep confined aquifer group. Based on collecting data andground survey, it is to determine the boundary conditions and terms of source and sink throughthe90stress periods in the period of observation and underground water level hole curve fittingthe flow field.It provides the realistic basis to determine reasonable mining scheme of deepgroundwater by the successful model identification and verification.Under the mining condition, by analysing the change of groundwater hydrodynamic andwater chemical characteristics, combined with balance method and numerical simulationmethod, this paper determines the four parts of the deep groundwater exploitation resource. Theresults show that the flow and lateral recharge will increase about50percent with thereasonable groundwater mining. The renewal ability of deep groundwater will strengthen. Deepgroundwater has certain recoverability. But, if exploitation quantity increasing too quickly andsurpass groundwater restore ability, it will begin to bring negative effect of geologicalenvironment in order to speed up the consumption storage resources performance.Considering the study area and combining with similar area on the research situation,75m constraint of groundwater level on the study area is set to prevent the ground subsidence, waterquality deterioration geological environment problems in the background of deep groundwaterresource increasing effectively. Base of the water level in the constraint conditions and thedevelopment of social economy, through the groundwater numerical model to this paperdetermines deep groundwater best mining scheme of the next10years. The exploitationquantity shall not be more than2500m~3/a by scattering mining scheme.Fully considering the actual situation in the study area the paper puts forward groundwaterprotection measures of development and utilization, such as "strict limit of groundwaterover-extraction and agricultural development of water-saving irrigation technologies ","strengthen the deep groundwater artificial recharge research","the south-to-north watertransfer project as soon as possible, increase surface water regulation" and "to strengthen thecontrol of the government and legislative management", etc.
