With the expansion of human production and living space,people deepen the depth of natural exploration.In the process of these changes,water has an important effect on the human social development,and it is the basis of human and biological survival and development.At the same time,water is not only the important natural resources to human sustainable development,but also the core resources to the whole world in the 21St century.Ba Yan Hao Te Town,as the water supply object in the study area,is Alxa League's political,economic,cultural and transportation center.With its rapid development of urban construction and growing population,and commercial building,industrialization,the rapid development of sustained economic and the lack of local water resources,the serious shortage of water supply capacity has become the restricting factors to the region industry,urban development and regional economic revitalization.After various water scheme comparison,Alxa League will choose Ba Yin Shu Gui water resource region as water supply source.This paper is the evaluation of the groundwater resources for the study area-Ba Yin Shu Gui water resource region.First of all,analysis and determine the method of groundwater resources evaluation.Because the groundwater in the study area is steady,and it is generally in the form of pore water which buried in quaternary unconsolidated rock class sediment,in addition,the conditions of recharge,runoff and discharge are simple,which is easy to find out,so the water balance method is used to calculate the groundwater resources in this paper.Secondly,on the basis of comprehensive analysis,including meteorological,hydrological,regional geology,hydrogeology,groundwater dynamic data,relevant groundwater pumping and groundwater development and utilization,use a variety of methods to determine the hydrogeological parameters,and then calculate and determine kinds of recharge and discharge of the study area.After that,calculate and evaluate the total groundwater resources and allowable groundwater exploitation for the study area.At the same time,evaluate the groundwater environment quality.After that,according to the regional geology,hydrology geology and hydrology weather conditions,use Visual Modflow software and set up the conceptual model for Ba Yin Shu Gui water resource region's groundwater movement.On this basis,the mathematical model is established.Besides,based on the water level monitoring data of Ba Yin Shu Gui water resource region by hydrogeology survey of the pumping test,make the numerical solution with mathematical model,and realize the identification and inspection of the numerical model;By using the numerical model of Ba Yin Shu Gui water resource region,predict the drawdown of groundwater level,and forecast the influence scope in different situations.Finally,according to the above evaluation and prediction about the ground water resources,propose a reasonable mining scheme to make the study area as a source of water supply.
