Fuxin Haizhou open-pit coal to bring economic benefits to the people of the region,while the deformation, subsidence, land subsidence, cracks and other geologicaldisasters, the main reason is due to open-pit and underground mining caused by theinteraction. Haizhou open-pit side to help landslides and other disasters seriously affectpeople’s lives and property around the mine, to do the Haizhou open-pit mine disasterprevention and mitigation work, the key point is to do a good job on the Haizhouopen-pit early warning forecasting landslides monitoring work.The first important paper on the regional geological disaster in Fuxin area-Haizhou open-pit geological disaster point were investigated, including lithology,geological structure, hydrogeological conditions, research analysis on the landslide inHaizhou open-pit factors, such as fault structures, rock properties, such as the weaklayer, hydrological and geological conditions, human factors, and based on actual needs,based on the results of previous studies, from the perspective of economic security,analysis of the development of the Haizhou open-pit slope stability monitoring earlywarning programs. Slope of early warning programs, including: Haizhou open pit slopedeformation analysis, the choice of slope monitoring methods, monitoring and remotemonitoring system layout of the composition and working methods. One very importantaspect is a reasonable choice to start monitoring points on the unstable regionmonitoring, timely capture of landslide and unstable slope deformation characteristics ofinformation. Analysis of monitoring data obtained papers last eight monitoring points onthe areas where small changes in mean stress, slope stability of the conclusions, but alsoillustrates the use of the unstable region of reinforced concrete piles and anchor latticestructure combined support, etc. prevention and control measures can effectivelyprevent the occurrence of landslides.Application of geological disaster monitoring system for remote monitoring ofslope stability, steady-state and the potential for landslide hazard evaluation of thecorrect analysis, forecast and warning, and project management to provide reliableinformation and scientific basis for the safety of life and property in Fuxin provide animportant safeguard. Regions of Fuxin Haizhou mine geological disasters and thecomprehensive management of great significance.
