The Complexity of Science as the "21st Century Science", has been an important part of Modern Science, the scope of study about its theory have gone far beyond itself, and widely used in various disciplines and fields.And,This has been formed as an interdisciplinary Methodology. Therefore, From the current perspective, complexity science is more like a way of thinking reform movement. This article is under the new vision of complexity science thinking, Compare the different characteristics of systematic holism and generative holism, discusses the way of thinking on the progress from systematic holism to generative holism as a whole, and the modern way of thinking as the starting point investigated the deepening and development issue about the Concrete Thought Principle of Dialectical Logic, reveal itsacademic value and practical significance in modern society, undoubtedly,which is of great significance to the development of contemporary thinking methodology. This is a new field to research the Concrete Thought Principle under the vision of complexity science, embodied the things’s complexity characteristics and the pleiotropia of thinking angle theirs attribute of synthetic system.
