| Nowadays, people often study how to kill Oncomelania hupensis. There is few scientist studying Oncomelania hupensis’s crystalline style and Mollusca’s crystalline style. This article is studying the elements of Oncomelania hupensis crystal protein to fill the blank in the Oncomelania hupensis basic research and through studying the digestive enzymes in the Oncomelania hupensis’crystalline style to understand the feeding habits of the Oncomelania hupensis, this will bring about some evidences and measures for how to kill Oncomelania hupensis.First of all, we measured the length and the weight of Oncomelania hupensis. Then we used the mass spectrometry to analyze the crystalline style. After do not get the feasible results, using the chemistry analyze to measure whether it has various enzymes and which enzymes in the crystalline style. After all, selecting cellulase as the studying object, measuring its active and the most suitable PH.The results showed that mature Oncomelania hupensis crystalline style length is3.06mm, the quantity is1.2mg, and found the SDS-PAGE protein electrophresis pattern. This will bring some evidences for classifing Oncomelania hupensis. From the chemistry analyze, we recognized that the cellulase, amylase, protease and so forth were in the crystalline style. After the DNS cellulase activity assay to measure the crystalline style cellulase activity was81U/g and the most suitable PH is8.0. Through series of experimental, we recognized that crystalline style could assist digestion, many digestive enzymes were in the crystalline style and cellulose was an significant food source for Oncomelania hupensis. |
