This thesis is based on Heisenberg model, Using spin wave method and Green function technique to study on resonance frequency of the multilayer magnetic film.Based on the study of the resonance frequency and energy band of multilayer magnetic film system. Discovery of the relationship between the resonance frequency and magnetic parameters of multilayer magnetic film system. With the external magnetic field、spin quantum number、coupling coefficient、surface anisotropic parameter、body anisotropic parameter and number of plies increased respectively, The resonance frequency of multilayer thin film magnetic will increase.For a single atom multilayer magnetic film, The influence of surface anisotropic parameters on the frequency distribution of values in the middle of the resonance frequency is strong. If both the anisotropic parameters are also larger, it effect on the lowest frequency of resonance frequency is obvious; When the surface of anisotropic parameters and anisotropic parameters equal, and m take very little value, the relationship between single atom of thin film magnetic resonance frequency and m2is linear. Reduce the layers of magnetic thin film, with the increase of surface anisotropy parameters, the resonance frequency within the layer will increase. Total frequency range are not exchange.For the double magnetic thin film, when anisotropic parameter J increases,the resonant frequency of double magnetic thin film increase. Inside of the thin film, When m get the smaller value,the frequency growth fast with m from the even number, m takes great value, the frequency growth fast with m from the odd. So the maximum frequency value (m=21) growth faster affected by m; When a layer of anisotropic parameters increase, the resonance frequency of this layer increases gradually, And the influence on another layer of resonance frequency increases more and more. But without effect on the resonance frequency range of double integral membrane;The increases of surface anisotropy parameter of double magnetic thin film without effect on thin film resonant frequency range.,Just make the internal frequency of the film increased. And it is strong.at the same time changes than either change; When the layer of anisotropic parameters increase, m get the smaller value,the frequency growth fast with m from the even number, m takes great value, the frequency growth fast with m from the odd. The impact on the resonance frequency of film is maximum; Reduce the layers of magnetic thin film, with the surface anisotropy parameter increase, total frequency range are not exchange, The inside each frequency value increase respectively.
