| Massive growth in land resources spatial data strongly demands for the cross-departments, multi-users mode of cooperative management of land resources data. At present most of the mature and feasible cross-departments, multi-users cooperative land resources data management solutions rely on the lock mechanism and multi-versions control, while few is based on the characteristics of land resources management business and the the management of land resources business between multiple users under the interaction and cooperation way in different departments, Besides, there are insurmountable defects inside the lock mechanism and version control themselves.On the basis of the existing problems of the current land resources spatial data management, this article mainly starts from the combination of spatial database versioning control and lock strategies, to study the land business cooperative management based on combination of versioning control and lock strategies, and the specific contents include:1. The author discusses specific content of the cross-departments, multi-users cooperative management technology of land resources spatial data and combines with the characteristics of the land business of the Land and Resources Department, then puts a good study on the user permissions control problem in the versioning control technology under the land resources spatial data cooperative management environment, as well as the control of looking granularity problem among lock strategies.2. By studying on the lock strategies and versioning control among all the spatial database management technologies and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of both ideas, the author designs a multi-users oriented, multi-roles version numbers assignment strategies, which can solve the versions conflict and waiting time problem of the user in the cooperative management.3. Standing on the situation of the cross-departments, multi-users cooperative management of land spatial data, the author puts forward a kind of land business cooperative management model based on the combination of versioning control and lock strategies, which can achieve the multi-users cooperative management of land business with the advantage of versioning control and lock strategies.4.
