Design And Implementation Of Urban Planning Business Rule Library Based On ODM

For a long time in the past,the urban spatial planning system of our country was dominated by different business departments in administration.Due to systemic differences in the administrative responsibilities,working methods,and core concerns of various departments in long-term urban management,many spatial planning are different in terms of guiding ideology and implementation standards,resulting in contradictions between economic and social development planning,urban and rural planning,land use planning and ecological planning(abbreviated as "multiple regulations"),which make it difficult for planning to land and cause the disorder of space management,the waste of land resources,and the imbalance of the ecological environment.The appearance of the urban planning management and information platform has relieved this phenomenon.Towards the goal of highly unified the differences among the multiple regulations,it has optimized the regional spatial layout and resource allocation,and improved the overall quality of the city.Business rules and system implementation code are tight and difficult to maintain,and the change cycle is long in the traditional planning management information platform.However,with the development of time,in the face of massive data and complicated business rules,the pressure on developers has risen sharply and the original technologies and functions have certain limitations,which are unable to adapt to rapidly changing business needs.But there is a great risk of abandoning existing technologies and platforms.Therefore,how to separate business rules from the traditional planning management and information platform and establish a combined application models of modern management systems and urban planning and control technologies are the problems that need to be solved at present.This paper analyzes the functions and features of ODM(Operational Decision Manager)which is one of the business rule management system and collects the spatial business rules commonly used in urban planning.Then it takes a planning result conflict and identification system as an example to illustrate the application of the combination of ODM and the urban planning in an effort to change the system rapidly when facing complicated planning business rules and the need for the market ring in time according to the market environment,government policies,etc.This can provide feasible new ideas for the development of planning informatization.
