Characters And Significance Of Fluid Inclusion And Cathode Luminescence Of Quartz, Sandaowanzi Gold Deposit, Heilongjiang Province

Sandaowanzi gold deposit, located in the northern Daxing’anling in Heilongjiangprovince, is the only single telluride type gold deposit. It has the characters of meso-and epithermal gold deposit. Because of this deposit is a quartz vein type gold deposit,there would be very significant to study in the mineralogy characters of quartz. In thisdissertation, there will be a detailed description about the analysis of fluid inclusions,homogenization temperature test, and cathode luminescence, and there will be adiscussion about the significances of quartz mineralogy characters and the oreforming processing. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The idiomorphic degree is related to ore rich grade. The hypidiomorphic quartzbears the most gold ore, and the idiomorphic and xenomorphic quartz rarely beargold ore.2. The rich ore levels have less quantity of fluid inclusions, and the size is small, theshape is regular. Many pseudosecondary fluid inclusions distribute along thegrowth zonings. The rest levels quartz fluid inclusions are distributed along theedges of grains, and there is no pseudosecondary inclusion in these levels quartzgrains.3. The results of homogenization temperature test show that, the range is about160～130℃. There is a small trend that from deep to upper level, thehomogenization temperature is declining.4. The results of the calculation by salinity equation show that the deposit is a lowsalinity one. The results of the calculation by pressure equation of fluid show thatthe ore forming depth is relatively shallow. These all fit the character of meso-andepithermal gold deposit.5. From the cathode luminescence observation, the darker the quartz is (which meansthe higher the quantity of Fe) the rich of ore it is. And also, the regularity and thedensity of the growth zonings are negative related to ore richening. Besides, therich ore levels quartz has less minor fractures inside grains.
