The paper researches the production planning of mixed assembly line parts, considering the exchange mode, defective products and other factors of production. And it establishes batch planning problem mode of mixed model assembly line, to overcome the complexity and shortage, a genetic simulated annealing algorithm is given to solve the model. The detail contents are summarized as follows:1. The background and purpose of this paper is introduced, a brief review of this problem is discussed. The main contents, general structure scheme of this paper are given.2. Summarized the basic theory. Summarize the basic theory of the production scheme problem based on the study at home and abroad, including batch planning character cases, classified ways and algorithm etc.3. Optimization model. Establish batch planning mode of mixed model assembly line under single machine and parallel machines conditions. As minimizing the inventory costs, equipment adjustment costs and bad products costs are the objectives.4. Algorithm analysis. Genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are analysised, combines with the advantage of two algorithms, genetic simulated annealing hybrid algorithm is given to solve batch planning problem mode of mixed model assembly line parts under parallel machines case.5. Example application. Combined with parts batch planning problem of refrigerator mixed assembly line, so as to verify the mode and algorithm of this paper are given in the previous parts.6. At last, the main results and conclusions of the thesis are summarized and the future work is prospected.
