In this paper, based on the systematic study of the parameter identification method of water quality model, in-depth analysis of the problems of research on inversion of nonlinear and discomfort qualitative characteristics, cleared parameters identification problem of the difficulty, summarized the current methods for solving inverse problems, in parameter identification of the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed, and analyzed the parameter inversion method of the future development trend and research direction. The introduction of a new type of stochastic optimization method based on population optimization-differential evolution algorithm, it added new method for parameter inversion problem research opens up a new way of thinking. In this paper, Based on the experimental data in the research area of the water source area of Fort Shenyang Liguan, according to "three nitrogen" migration and transformation model, several important parameters of the model are identified by using differential evolution algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm, and compared with each other that differential evolution algorithm is used to identify parameters of a water quality model has fast convergence speed, good robustness, and the program is realized easily, has a broad application prospect in the future parameter identification in the field. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the paper, and reviewed the status of research and water quality model inversion method. The second chapter discusses the nonlinear parameter identification problems and discomfort qualitative model of groundwater quality, groundwater quality model parameters clearly identify the reasons for the difficulties. The third chapter introduces the parameter identification problem solving method, elaborated the nonlinear solution method, genetic algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm basic thought, procedure and flow chart, analysis compare their advantages and disadvantages and limitations. The fourth chapter aiming at the shortcomings of the above parameters inversion method, the differential evolution algorithm is introduced to solve the parameters of groundwater quality model, and with genetic algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm to solve results are compared. The fifth chapter summarizes the content of the full text, and puts forward the further research direction.
