Abstract/Summary:
In order to guarantee the oil supply in our country, the national strategic oil reserve bases are constructed vigorously, thus the number of oil storage tank is growing rapidly. Recently, oil tank leakage incidents have repeatedly happened at home and abroad, causing significant loss to national economy but also serious environment pollution. In tank leakage accidents, the frequency of tank bottom corrosion perforation is highest, so the oil storage tank bottom corrosion detection and monitoring is very important.For traditional acoustic emission detection method can not effectively eliminate the noise disturbance from the tank, a kind of storage tank bottom corrosion acoustic emission internal detection method is put forward. According to the demand of acoustic emission internal detection method, this article is on the key technology research of internal detection system, and introduces the design of motion control system and signal acquisition system of the internal detection.Motion control system hardware platform is based on the single-chip systems matching depth gauge and stepper motor, and the relevant circuit designed. Corresponding to the hardware platform, the motion control program is compiled basing on PID algorithm, and the motion control simulation system is designed basing on Labview to tune the parameters of the PID motion control algorithm.Signal acquisition system takes CPU module and data acquisition module based on PC104 as the core, with the acoustic emission sensor and the pre-processing circuit designed, transplanting embedded operating system Windows XP Embedded. The procedure of signal acquisition system is compiled to realize the collection and storage of acoustic emission signal without loss.The practical application effect of the internal detecting system designed in this paper is verified through experimental research separately from the acoustic emission system and signal acquisition system. The experimental test of motion control system verifies the motion control effect of the internal detector in liquid environment .It proves that the steady state error is only 3cm; The experiment of signal acquisition system verifies the collection accuracy of acoustic emission signal through contrasting with PAC instrument,. It proves that the error is 1% or so. The experiments show that both the two systems meet the requirements of the internal detection system.
