Non-woven fabric, has entered into thousands of applications after a long and rapiddevelopments, one of those is construction work. Performance characterization of controlledpermeability formwork played a unique and outstanding role in helping concrete forming. Theapparent performance of the template lining determines the density, rigid flexible, gap density, thus affecting its water permeable performance. The various of the performancecharacterization of controlled permeability formwork largely affects the quality andappearance of the concrete forming. The mechanical properties including tensile strength, bursting strength, tear strength, resistance to compression and determine the strength of thetemplate interlining, and affect its function; The hydraulic performance of controlledpermeability formwork decide its absorbent and permeable performance and dimensionalstability in water; Resistant to light performance impact the strong of controlled permeabilityformwork change in the practical application of engineering. Creep resistance determines theperformance of the material in the temperature stability and long-term effective functioningperformance. In this study, I did comprehensive tests of all aspects of performance the existingcontrolled permeability formwork materials. Especially designed experiments for thermalperformance, light-resistant performance and permeability. By changing the temperature ofthe sample, to test its performance changes at different temperatures; Powerful test bywarming the sample after cooling treatment to detect the thermal fatigue capacity; By theirdifferent light intensities and different light irradiation experiments to test its strength changes, and to judge the resistant to light of the controlled permeability formwork; Did planepermeable and vertical permeability performance test of the controlled permeability formworkby a self-developed new Permeability test equipment. This new Permeability test equipmentcost low product, easy to implement, easy to operate, experimental repeatability, samplegeneral-purpose features. Through the above test, the comprehensive evaluation of linermaterial on the template, provide references and suggestions to its production, storage, construction, use and design improvements to.This study shows that this template lining material is high strength, permeabilityperformance. After one side hydrophilic finishing, the bending length of the material increased flexibility decline. The anti-hook wire performance is poor. Within the temperaturerange of the actual construction, the temperature changes to this template lining materialmechanical properties of impact can be negligible. This template lining material in the longterm by the light outside, the strong performance will decline. This sample material afterwarm water impregnated with little dimensional changes, shrinkage deformation can benegligible. This sample material has a very good plane permeability and vertical permeability, and able to achieve the needs of the actual construction applications. Plane permeable volumeabove the water pressure increases and decreases; vertical permeable volume increased abovethe water level rise.
