Basalt fiber has good stability and corrosion resistance, produces a small amount of waste during the production process, and does not produce harmful substances after the product is discarded. It is a very good energy-saving and environmentally friendly material.Adding basalt fiber to permeable concrete can improve the mechanical and sulfate resistance.(1)The compressive strength of the permeable concrete is used as the test result to determine the coarse aggregate particle size,water-cement ratio, target porosity, silica fume content, and water reducing agent content in the optimal mix design. The volume method is used. The amount of each material in the unit cubic meter of fiber permeable concrete was calculated, and the basalt fiber permeable concrete was prepared by three-layer plugging method and standard curing.(2)The effect of volumetric content of basalt fiber in permeable concrete on its permeability coefficient and porosity was studied, and it was determined that the permeability coefficient and porosity reached the best when the volumetric content of fiber was 0.1%.The influence of basalt fiber length on the permeability and porosity of permeable concrete was explored. At the same time, the relationship between the curing time and the water permeability coefficient and porosity was studied. The test results show that with the increase of the curing time, the water permeability coefficient and porosity will gradually decrease.(3)Based on the determination of the optimal mix ratio, experimental research was conducted on the compressive strength and flexural strength of fiber-permeable concrete, and it was concluded that as the fiber volume content increased, the compressive strength and flexural strength The strength increases first and then decreases, reaching the best when the volume content is 0.15%.Increasing the fiber length can appropriately increase the compressive strength and flexural strength, and further determine the compressive strength failure type and flexural strength failure type.(4)The sulfate resistance of fiber permeable concrete was studied. When the erosion age is 15 d,the mass and compressive strength of the test block will increase, and the volume content of the fiber has no effect on the mass loss, but it can reduce the loss of compressive strength;when the erosion age is 30 d and 45 d,with The increase of fiber content will reduce the mass loss rate, and the compressive strength loss will be the lowest when the fiber content is 0.15%;increasing the fiber length has no effect on the quality loss rate, but the compressive strength loss will be relatively reduced.
