Environment and development is one of the most concerned issues all over world.Environmental protection industry is one of the important development field in twenty-firstCentury, countries around the world have invested large amounts of funds for environmentalprotection. Apply new technology to traditional industries to reduce environmental pollution, industrial waste recycling is the two main direction of development in the environmentalprotection industry. This paper respectively adding coal-water slurry slag(CWS), ceramic polished slag(CPS)and dredging silt (DS), directly used for firing energy-saving ceramic by the proportionoptimization. The waste is used to burn energy saving ceramic, can not only save resources, you can also achieve the recycling of waste residue. The paper studied polishing the bestcontent of wastes, sludge, and coal-water slurry residue. Besides, sintering temperature, heating rate, holding time on the apparent porosity, flexural strength, water absorption werestudied. And the crystalline phase composition, microstructure and properties were analyzedvia XRD and SEM. The results shows are:1. Based on the calculated formula of research, it can conclude that the best formula is: talcparticles2.23%,22%of Zhongshan Cement,45%of the powder class, solid waste andGuangxi sand content accounted for30.77%;2. Through the test after the performance of the ceramic sintering and micro analysis, wecan get coal-water slurry slag, polishing waste, dredging silt optimum content are5%,7.5%and9%respectively.;3. With the increase of sintering temperature, the apparent porosity and water absorptionare reduced but flexural strength increase. Its XRD analysis, the main crystalline phase isessentially unchanged. So solid waste ceramics were formed had no significant effect atdifferent temperatures;4. With longer holding time, heating rate decreased, ceramic has lower water absorptionand higher flexural strength. Water absorption is inversely proportional to flexural strength;5. Through the research on sintering parameters, get mixed with coal-water slurry slag and ceramic waste for the best sintering parameters as follows:1220oC sintering temperature, holding time for30min, heating rate for24oC/min; mixed with dredged silt sinteringparameters as follows: sintering temperature1212oC, holding time of30min, heating rate of21.6oC/min;6. Integrated sintering parameters on the performance of ceramic, can be seen that the mostinfluence is sintering temperature, and holding time has followed.
