Ceramic materials have many advantages and versatility,unique in many materials,the structural requirements of ceramic parts from simple to complex.Complex structure of the ceramic parts made using colloidal forming process,this process first need to manufacture parts mold,ceramic slurry into the mold curing molding,and then high temperature sintering,often require a longer cycle,the cost is higher.Based on MIP-SLA technology,this paper presents a new process for rapid manufacture of ceramic parts.(1)The ceramic slurry was prepared by adjusting the ceramic slurry with different solid content,different particle size alumina ceramic particles and different light curing resin.The curing depth and viscosity of the ceramic slurry were tested experimentally.Taking into account the impact of ceramic slurry viscosity of several important factors.Ultimately get the best ceramic slurry ratio light curing resin(Qingdao University of Science and Technology)always mixed with 60wt% solid phase ceramic slurry is best.(2)In order to solve the difficult problem of high viscosity ceramic slurry coating,a set of photo-curing system with rapid coating mechanism was designed to solve the problem of difficult coating of high viscosity ceramic slurry.Furthermore,the performance of the prototype of the photo-curing system and the resolution of the processed sample were tested by experiments,which further confirmed the feasibility of the system.The final selection of 60% by weight of the ceramic slurry for the processing of ceramic frit samples.(3)In order to obtain dense and high quality alumina ceramic parts,the alumina ceramic sintering was divided into two stages: low temperature degreasing and high temperature sintering.The degreasing process was used to remove the organic phase in the ceramic frit.For dense high quality alumina ceramic components.Two temperature curves of degreasing and sintering were given in the study.Finally,after the sample test,the alumina ceramic gear did not collapse after degreasing,with 6.67% linear shrinkage,and some cracks showed that the temperature curve of the degreasing process could be used as a reference for the degreasing stage of ceramic parts.The results of the study and the experimental data have some reference value for the actual production.
