Antibiotic has become an important new type of environment pollutants, antibioticspollution to the environment behavior draw more and more attention of the academic. Because ofwide antimicrobial spectrum, strong antibacterial activities, fewer side effects, the application ofciprofloxacin covering almost all aspects of human, veterinary and medical, the wide use ofciprofloxacin cause the drug resistant strains, and limit its application.Based on our research group,we screened with the flowerning chinese cabbage which highor low accumulation of ciprofloxacin,but its mechanism isn’t clear.Therefore,thanks to the indoorpotted simulation,we isolated endophytic bacteria from the flowering chinese cabbage whichhigh or low accumulation of ciprofloxacin,which were proven the difference of its diversity andtested the biodiversity assessment of endophytic bacteria to ciprofloxacin, from the point view ofthe microecology we evaluated endogenous strains of ciprofloxacin biodiversity by susceptibilitytesting.In order to filter out the resistant of the endophytic bacteria roling in the ciprofloxacinand endophytic bacteria degraded ciprofloxacin,which could provide reference and application tothe ciprofloxacinc’s biodegrades.This thesis focuse on the flowering chinese cabbage that high or low accumulation ofciprofloxacin and its research results are as follows:Firstly,we have been separated one hundred and forty-one endophytic bacteria from thelowering chinese cabbage,which seventy-three endophytic bacteria come from oil Greenforty-nine dishes,which contain forty-seven from the root,seven from the stems and ninteenfrom the leaves; We have been separated sixty-eight from the Glossy dark green coarse mosswhich low accumulation of ciprofloxacin,which include sixty from the root,seven from the stemsand one from the leaves; Endophytic bacteria in flowering Chinese cabbage are close to thedistribution of its environment,which the endogenous distribution of bacteria also different indifferent organs,the distribution of endophytic bacteria in the Green forty-nine-choi sum of theoil are mainly concentrated in the roots,followed by the leaves,and finally the stem department;The distribution of bacteria from Glossy dark green coarse Taicai heart are mainly concentratedin the roots,followed by the stem,and finally leaves.The isolation frequency of the endophytic bacteria in different organs in the samevegetables heart is different, the same organs of different dishes heart of endophytic bacteria are also on the different levels, but can be found that the roots are as the main habitat of endophyticbacteria in the hearts of the different genotypes dishes.Secondly,the strains of various parts are based on the Gram-negative bacteria in the highcumulative of Ciprofloxacin in dish heart Yau Youth forty-nine,100%of the purified sevenstrains isolated from the stems Gram-negative bacteria; The situation about the Gram-negativebacteria in the oil Tsing forty-nine dishes hearts is roots first,followed by the leaves,and the lastis the stems; the stems of the seven strains100bacillus in the cell morphology bacilli,which thebacteria in the Yau Youth forty-nine, the distribution is the roots first,followed by the leaves,andthe last is the stems.The low cumulative of Ciprofloxacin in the flowering cabbage, glossy dark green coarsemoss tissues and organs (roots, stems, leaves) in strains are mainly based on the Gram-negativebacteria; Gram-negative bacteria in the hearts of glossy dark green coarse Taicai various tissuesand organs separation frequency; The situation about the Gram-negative bacteria is rootsfirst,followed by the stems,and the last is the leaves; the isolation frequency of the bacteria inheart tissues and organs in the glossy dark green coarse is roots first,followed by the stems,andthe last is the leaves;In addition to low cumulative of ciprofloxacin strains in the glossy dark green coarse mossthe bacteria are based on the cocci, two different flowering cabbage are based on Bacillus; twodifferent genotypes of vegetable hearts in different parts of the distribution are based onGram-negative bacteria and bacilli.Thirdly,the Susceptibility test results are as follows:1.42%of the total share of strains isdrug-resistant endophytic bacteria, endophytic bacteria of the intermediary share3.55%of thetotal number of strains and sensitive endophytic bacteria share95.03%of the total number ofstrains; Which accumulated high vegetable hearts isolated two plant height antibacterial, and thehearts of the low cumulative dishes undetached highly resistant isolates. there is a differencebetween the endophytic bacteria of the two different genotypes, there are also some differencesin the endophytic bacteria resistance between the different parts of the same dish hearts.According to the modern theory of "symbiosis", we concluded that the presence and distributionof resistant strains and the level of cumulative ciprofloxacin certain, but related strength andmechanism of action remains to be further studied. The lastly, the identification results of ciprofloxacin resistant isolates of molecular biologyare Pseudomonas, Enterobacter class Bacillus, Bacillus and colorless spp.
