MAO coatings of aluminium alloy has a very broad application prospect because it has the advantage both of anode oxidation hard coatings and ceramic coatings. At present, inland has begun to enter the requirements of resistant and decorate. But the color of MAO coatings was more single, so we could spraying ceramic paints on the MAO coatings for solving this problem. In this paper, tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) as inorganic precursor, the cracking resistance of KH-570was analyzed by means of metallographic microscope、FT-IR and SEM; To used sol-gel process modifide silica sol, analyzed each component and process parameters to the effects of the viscosity、gel time、size and storage stability of silica sol. The copolymer of epoxy resin and modifide silica sol by means of FT-IR, discusses the effects of epoxy resin content to the ceramic paints, it based on analyzed the physical properties and chemical resistance of coatings. The effects of pigments、levelling agents and curing agent in black ceramic paints by means of the single factor experiment of paints formulation、physical properties and heat-resistant.The experiment showed that silicon sol and coating cracking problem could be effectively resolve for joining coupling agent,what is more,the effection of silane coupling agent KH-570was more apparent under the same amount.At the same time,the peparation of modified silicon sol generated the organic-inorganic network structure,when the dosage of KH-570was appropriate, the layer surface would be smooth and none crack.The optimal dosage of each component and technological parameters of modified silicon sol as follows:v(TEOS):v(EtOH):v(H2O):v(KH-570)=10:20:5:3; used HCl regulation pH=4~5, reaction temperature40℃, reaction time1h.The research of the copolymer of epoxy resin and modified silicon sol shows that the ethoxy group of silicon sol and the hydroxyl of the epoxy resin was take place of bonding reaction. With epoxy resin content increases, the glossiness、hardness and wearlessness had enhanced, but the flexibility gradually reduce. The performance of coatings was superior when the proportion of epoxy resin and the silicon sol volume was2:1.According to the volume ratio design, the black ceramic coatings formula preparation when carbon black:graphite:bentonite=3:1:1, the content of silicone oil was0.5%, the content of curing agent was8%~10%, coating on the basic material of preheating and subsection curing1.5~2h, we could gained the ideal coatings.
