The problem of making NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber) hollow fiber had beensolved by blending with PVC, which was that NBR was not propitious to preparehollow fiber membrane because of being too viscous and too long time of phaseinversion. NBR hollow fibers had been spun by the method of Dry-Wet PhaseInversion. The NBR hollow fibers might be thought to be a new lightweight andconsumption reducing damping material. The influence of NBR hollow fiber’smechanical property aroused by changing NBR/PVC mass ratio,polymer massfraction, extruded speed and loading AO-60or nano-TiO2had been researched. Theresults show that:(1) the damping property of the hollow fiber structure is better than the dampingproperty of the plate membrane structure with same material under the sameconditions;(2) Pores’ structure and distribution have been affected by the changing ofextruded speed and nano-TiO2loading;(3) The stretching and damping property of NBR hollow fiber will be optimizedby changing NBR/PVC mass ratio,polymer mass fraction, extruded speed andloading AO-60or nano-TiO2. The glass transition temperature(Tg) of NBRhollow fiber will be increased by decreasing the NBR/PVC mass ratio andloading AO-60or nano-TiO2;(4) The effects of NBR hollow fiber’s mechanical property aroused by loadingAO-60which had been heat-treated or not was different;(5) Stiffness of the NBR hollow fiber is advanced, meanwhile, time of phaseinversion isl shortened by loading nano-TiO2, more conducive to spinning;theeffect of the NBR hollow fiber’damping not only aroused by changingnano-TiO2’dosage,but also linking to degree of its dispersion.(6) In experimental conditions range, in order to gain maximum damping factor,The optimal formula of NBR hollow fiber:polymer mass fraction is25%,NBR/PVC mass ratio is80:20,whose damping factor reaches0.78;inorder to achieve the best spinning process condition,loading nano-titaniumdioxide for5%10%mass fraction to the NBR hollow fiber.
