Try to spin hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber(HNBR) that has excellent heat resistant and anti-aging properties to be hollow fiber damping material,which is to be a member of hollow fiber damping material. and use the prepared HNBR hollow fiber damping material and different spinning nozzle to research hollow fiber damping material`s binary damping(material damping and hollow balloon damping)properties. In the experiments,we find that hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber is difficult to be fabricated into hollow fiber for being too sticky and too long hours of phase inversion, the problem has been solved successfully by blending with PVC in this paper,and using the method of Dry-Wet Phase Inversion, we have been spun New HNBR/PVC hollow fiber damping material successfully;and research the mutual capacity 、 structure 、 damping properties;and research the hollow balloon damping property emphasizly; in the meanwhile, prepare the Composite plate damping materials by weaving the prepared HNBR hollow fibers and acrylate rubber(ACM) hollow fibers respectively to discuss the damping property,found that:(1)Through analyse the dissolving status of the membrane forming system and test the plate membrane by electron microscope and DMA,shows that HNBR and PVC possess excellent mutual capacity,which can effectively solve the problem of being too sticky and too long hours of phase inversion.(2) The HNBR hollow fiber membrane has two parts structure,including hollow balloon and tube wall which contain a series differents of finger hole structure;and inwall of the structure,there are much stripe structure;these structure can lay the theoretical foundation for further experimental analysis of hollow balloon damping property.(3) The experimental results show that: in terms of the same material system,the material which has hollow balloon structure has much excellent damping property,and the Increase rate of the damping property on the peak is twenty percent to Sixty percent.(4) Under the condition of experiments, when the blend ratio of HNBR/PVC unchanged, the damping property of HNBR hollow fiber membrane increase along with the increasing of the concentration of the polymer.(5) Under the condition of experiments, differents of hydrogenated nitrile rubber hollow fiber membrane prepared by five different spinning nozzle,through comparison,find that the HNBR damping property of material(except the HNBR/PVCmass ratio 10:90) which prepared by spinning nozzle of 18-9 is the best, namely,following the change of the material`s stiffness, the hollow fiber can lead to saddle,so the aperture has a optimum value.(6) The damping property of the Composite plate damping materials which has been woven by hollow fibers is better than the corresponding single hollow fiber membrane,and The glass transition temperature of the Composite plate damping materials is higher than the corresponding single hollow fiber membrane.(7) The experimental results show that, under the condition of experiments,The damping property of the Composite plate damping materials which has been woven by HNBR/PVC hollow fibers is better than the corresponding ACM/PVC hollow fibers.(8) The structure of the tube wall in hollow fiber material can be changed by adjusting the extrude speed of the Spinning machine,which can affect the performance of the hollow fiber materials, therefore, under the experimental conditions, the superior damping materials can be prepared by adjusting the extrude speed of the Spinning machine.(9) It has been also found that the peak temperature of the hollow fiber material can be fine-tuned by adjusting the blending ratios of the casting solution, namely, the better HNBR hollow fiber damping materials can be prepared to adapt to the different temperature condition and achieve better damping property to reduct vibration and noise.
