The performance of the WC compound rolls is closely related to the WC practicedistribution in the roll,in order to predict the WC particles distribution law incentrifugal casting composite materials, A theoretical model of movement behavior ofWC particles in Fe-C metal melt in centrifugal field was set up. From studying of thismodel, Establish the WC particles mathematical equation migration. And analysis themain factors influence WC practice law of lateral migration, WC particle size, pouringtemperature, centrifugal speed and other parameters are increasing, it can greatlyimproves WC particles move speed at which the centrifugal rotor of the influence ofthe law WC particles is the largest. Different diameter WC particles in the migrationprocess will chase each other, Large diameter particles can catch up small diameterparticles, Eventually the large diameter wc particle is distribution in the outer layer.Using the WC particles motion equation migration, on the basis of theory ofapplication continuity, WC particle concentration distribution of the physical andmathematical model was established in the cylindrical coordinates, and deduced WCparticles as variable volume fraction of mathematical equations, using numericalanalysis method we get the numerical solution of the mathematical equations, underthe different temperature, the distribution law of different centrifugal rotation speedand different initial volume fraction WC particles in composite materials, and throughthe WC particles of the distribution of stereoscanphotograph, the results show that themodel is reliable. From the WC particle theory based on the distribution laws ofmigration. Through the mathematical calculation,the causes of the WC particle axialtransfer in the centrifugal casting can be get. The analysis results show that: the powerof the enhance particle axial transfer in the centrifugal casting comes from the gravitypressure head, because the mixture can get some of the kinetic energy while it slumps from the sprue to the casting mould. When the liquid reaches the sprue it flows alongthe axial because of crash and liquidity. So that the WC particle have an axial motionand radial motion caused by centrifugal force. The produce is a compound movement.So that the composite layer of the composite roll is thick in two sides and thin in thecentre.
