It’s of great significance to study at failure deformation law and repairing supporttechnology of mining gateway in shallow buried closed distance seam group. Based onarrangement of1403mining and roadway support of Fengjiata colliery the research isconducted and the main work and conclusions are as follow:(1) With the analyz of the main influence factors and mechanism mining gateway inshallow buried closed distance seam group, the results show that the lower roadway in avariety of surrounding rock pressure and supporting the body under the joint action, by theirnature, surrounding rock of geological conditions, geostress, engineering conditions, andother factors. The upper panel stay put the influence of coal pillar of roof structure and thestress environment have complex change, the bigger the roadway deformation, supportingdifficult. To ensure the stability of the extraction roadway, should from the mining ofreasonable arrangement and support from two aspects of consideration.(2)The influence of the upper coal pillar is analyzed by the limit equilibrium method,to design the arrangement of mining scheme, and the process simulation of no.2coal, no.4coal coal is analysised usesing a large-scale finite difference software, and analysised thesurrounding rock stress systemly, optimization to determine No.2coal pillar and the layout of1403working face.(3) Through the surrounding rock loose circle test, the study of nearly distance coalseam coal drift under by the upper coal bed mining influence of deformation and failure of thelaw. The results show that by mining effects, roadway help department, roof loose circlesignificantly increased range. The upper left by a pillar, the influence of coal pillar of helpdepartment by the large loose circle. According to the complicated geological factors of mining, through the fracture zone height calculation method, the completion of the supportscheme design.(4) It’s analyzed that surrounding rock stress state and deformation in1403gatewayformed before and after, use in the process using the finite difference method,and get thedistribution of1403crossheading stress state law and the change of displacement.Theresearch shows that the gateway arrangement proposed is reasonable, the supporting schemeof1403coal face gateway is feasible, and meet the requirement of safety production in coalmine.
