Coal as the subject of nation energy structures, with social economy continuousdevelopment and coal production scale gradual enlargement, coal spontaneous combustionfire frequent occurrence has threatened life property safety and restricts coal industrysustainable development.with modern technology and coal seam spontaneous combustionmechanism s further research, different means of fire prevention develop continuously. Andfire preventing and extinguishing technique of inhibitor has been widely used and obtainsgood result.Based on the spontaneous fire prevention technology present situation and featureanalysis, the thesis studies the basic characteristic of aerosol inhibitor and spontaneouscombustion mechanism theory. Using ultrasonic atomizer, perspective container and COdetector, the experiment studies the atomizing performance, stability performance, resistancelifetime of different concentrations of NH4H2PO4, MgCl2, NH4HCO3. the results show that:the atomizing and stability performance has related to the material concentration. As for thesame material, the better the atomizing, the worse the stability. And compare the test result, itfinds the3%NaHCO3has a best atomizing performance,25%MgCl2best stabilityperformance. Compared with the CO generation rate in temperature programmed, the resultshows that: when the temperature is below95℃, the inhibitor has a obvious function thensuccessive failure. And the lifetime of MgCl2is the longest, it won t fail until140℃.Furthermore, the thesis has compared and analyzed on the recent existing ultrasonic wave,high pressure micro-mist, venturi method, coalescence s preparation methods, which hasdetermined the ultrasonic aerosol inhibitor preparation suits fire prevention. Finally, appliedultrasonic aerosol inhibitor preparation, designed the inhibitor coal seam spontaneouscombustion fire system equipment.The thesis reveals the aerosol inhibitor fire prevention mechanism and supplies relatedbasic data, which has a guideline to coal seam fire prevention.
