Coal is the foundamental energy in our country, it accounts for 75% of primary energy and plays the leading role in domestic energy consumption, but half of the state-owned coal mines have coal spontaneous combustion crisis. As development of modern technology and deeper research on coal spontaneous combustion,every kinds of coal fire prevention and extinguishment measures develops. Retarder is one of widely applied way sin coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing and performs well.Based on analysis to current mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion and fire prevention and extinguishment techniques, Proposed coal spontaneous combustion aerosol inhibition this new concept, adopting drum bellower temperature programming experiment and gas chromatography, Carried on inhibition aerosol pre-inhibition the coal samples with the orthogonal experimental method taking Non-caking Coal of Zaoquan mine in Ningxia as experimental samples, inhibitory performance to coal spontaneous combustion of three kinds of retarders in aerosol inhibition are analyzed, including NH4H2PO4, MgCl2 and NaHCO3,and obtains the best plan is A1B3C3 with using the mathematical analysis's method of misses and the variance analysis extremely to the experimental result.Through infrared spectrum experiment, the active functional groups quantity change situation in coal molecular structure was qualitative and quota analyzed, majority functional groups of which fat hydrocarbon and including oxygen are easy to oxidize in low temperature condition had varying degree reduced in inhibition aerosol pre-inhibition coal samples, or its peak position has the varying degree displacement. Thus the aerosol inhibitor can reduce the active group quantity in which the coal molecular structure, or destroys their structures to realize the inhibition function. Research of this paper provides relevant fundamental data and new mentality for further study on retardar coal mine fire prevention and extinguishment mechanism and provides theoretical reference for development and application of retardar fire prevention and extinguishment technology.
